A microwave electrode treatment system and a method for implementation thereof are provided, which measure impedance of the skin and output high frequency. An implementation method of the microwave electrode treatment system comprises: a step(S1) for attaching an electrode to the deep part of the diagnostic object body; a step(S2) for authorizing the diagnostic signal; a step(S3) for measuring bio-impedance; a step(S4) for determining the state of the body deep part from the measurement result; and a step(S5) for indicating the decision result in the display unit. The microwave electrode treatment system comprises: a main body in which various kinds of control parts and central processing unit are installed; an electrode portion in which the high frequency is generated; a sensor unit sensing the state of the human body; a deep body temperature heat diathermy machine generating laser or the high frequency; and a monitoring unit indicating state data of the human body.
