JAM COMPRISING RADISH AND THE ROOT OF A BROAD BELLFLOWER, AND THE PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A recipe for jam comprising radish and platycodon, and a jam thereof are provided to promote health and constipation. A recipe for jam comprising radish and platycodon comprises the following steps. Radish 60-72 weight% and apple 28-40 weight% are cut into small pieces and mixed(S1). It grinds on mixer and radish/apple mixture is made(S2). The radish/apple mixture 59-79 weight%, grain syrup 13-23 weight%, and sugar 8-18 weight% are mixed and boiled at 100-120‹C for 4 to 5 minutes to make a concentrate(S3). The platycodon 8-18 weight% and the plum jam 13-23 weight% grinded on mixer are added in the concentrate 59-79 weight%(S5). The mixture of step (S3) and step (S4) is boiled at 100-120‹C for 5 minutes and boils down in a weak fire for 55 to 65 minutes.
