Disclosed is a compound represented by the following formula (1), or a salt thereof or a hydrate thereof wherein R1 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group which may have at least one substituent selected from the following alpha group, a C2-C6 alkenyl group, a C2-C6 alkynyl group, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, or a phenyl group which may have a substituent selected from the following beta group; R2 represents a methyl group; R3 represents a methyl or ethyl group; R4 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group; R5 represents a hydrogen atom; alpha group is a halogen atom, a C3-C6 cycloalkyl group, a phenyl group which may have at least one substituent selected from the following beta group or a phenyloxy group which may have a substituent selected from the following beta group; beta group is a halogen atom or a C1-C6 alkoxy group.
