METHOD FOR MANUFACTURLNG MULTILAYER ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

A manufacturing method of a multilayer electronic part is provided to easily separate a green sheet laminate from a press mold by weakening an adhesive force of a first green sheet in comparison with an adhesive force of a second green sheet. A green sheet laminate comprises a first green sheet and a second green sheet. The first green sheet is contacted with a press mold(25). The green sheet laminate is pressurized in a top part of a bottom mold(20) of the press mold. The green sheet laminate is separated from the press mold after the pressurizing process. An adhesive force of the first green sheet is weaker than an adhesive force of the second green sheet. A drying condition of the first green sheet is different from a drying condition of the second green sheet. Thickness of the first green sheet is smaller than thickness of the second green sheet.
