<p>The present invention relates to a process for finishing ceramic products, said process leading to obtaining patinated ceramic objects. According to the invention, the process for finishing a ceramic product wherein, after shaping the product on the potter's wheel, there is performed a semi-drying thereof in the air, for 1-3 days, followed by roasting it in the oven at a temperature of 900-1100A C, for 14-20h, and, cooling the stopped oven, when the product temperature is equal to that of the environment, shows, between the semi-drying operation and the oven-roasting operation, a patination operation, wherethrough various parts of the product surfaces are subjected to a manual rubbing by means of some glass baguettes of various shapes, corresponding to the shapes of the surfaces, then, the product patinated this way, is subjected to drying at a temperature of 30...60A C, for 12-24 h, depending on the size of the product, afterwards this is further roasted and cooled.</p> |
