A method for manufacturing nail care implement is provided to prevent damages of polishing function and to make beautiful fingernail and toenail by using ink with excellent print quality. A method for manufacturing nail care implement comprises the steps of: forming a contact part(30) on one surface or both surfaces of contact members(20A,20B); adhering abrasives to the adhesive part to form a polishing part; forming an anti-penetrating coating layer(50) on the polishing part to prevent degradation of print quality; and forming a printed part(60) by printing character or specific patterns with an ink-jet printer. The adhesive composition comprises 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate monomer 28~33 weight%, vinyl acetate monomer 3~5 weight%, butyl acrylate monomer 13~17 weight%, ethyl acrylate monomer 4~6 weight%, ethyl acetate 26~30 weight%, toluene 15~19 weight% and resin 6~8 weight%. |
