A rainwater tank is provided to prevent the hinge shaft of the cover separating from the hinge hole by press-fitting the latch in the elastic groove formed between the elastic support and the cover. A rainwater tank comprises a main body, a cover(20), and a latch(30). A hinge hole is formed on the side wall of top rear part of the main body. The cover comprises a hinge shaft(22) formed corresponding to the hinge hole, an elastic support(21) elastically deformable through a resilient groove(23), and recesses(24) formed on the upper and lower sides of the resilient groove. The cover is combined in the main body via the hinge shaft, and rotates to open and close the main body. The latch comprises a spacer(31) inserted into the resilient groove of the cover, a head part(36) formed on the top of the spacer and supported by the upper recess of the cover, and a locking protrusion(37) protruded on either side of the lower part of the spacer and supported by the lower recess of the cover. The latch allows the hinge shaft of the elastic support to be elastically inserted to the hinge hole. |
