<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC power supply device such as a single-phase uninterruptible AC power supply device of which the number of components and the power loss are required to be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A half bridge type AC-DC conversion circuit is formed of first and second switches Q1, Q2, first and second capacitors 7, 8 and a first reactor 6. A power storage battery 12 is connected to the lower end of a serial circuit of the first and second capacitors 7, 8. The serial circuit of third and fourth switches Q3, Q4 for constituting the half bridge type inverter is connected in parallel to the serial circuit of the first and second capacitors 7, 8. First to fifth mode changeover switches 13 to 17 are provided which switch connection relationships among a mutual connection point P1 between the first and second capacitors 7, 8, a mutual connection point P2 between the first and second switches Q1, Q2, an AC power supply 1, a load 2, and the power storage batter 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
