<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee a test result while performing identification of three persons of an applicant, a registrant, and a test respondent by face verification and voice information verification. <P>SOLUTION: A server A includes a preliminary registration section 1 which registers an applicant face still image guaranteed as an applicant principal in the database server A in advance, a face still image memory means 11 which receives and memorizes temporarily the face still image of the applicant of a registered moving image by a video camera, an individual confirmation registration section 2 which registers and memorizes a voice keyword which is given through a microphone by the applicant as voice information, a principal solution validation registration section 3 which memorizes a solution number for a test which is given through the microphone by the applicant as voice information, and a test data section 4 required for the test. The system identifies three persons of the applicant, registrant, and test respondent through a communication circuit C by transmission and reception.
