<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system and an address setting method for it, optionally changing an address set in an indoor unit at need. <P>SOLUTION: In this address setting method for the air conditioning system including a plurality of indoor units and a remote operating means provided in common to the plurality of indoor units and transmitting operation instructing information to the respective indoor units, an address in each indoor unit is automatically set, the addresses set in the respective indoor units are transmitted to the remote operating means to confirm a correspondence between the respective addresses transmitted to the remote operating means and the respective indoor units, and when there is an address to be changed in the addresses set in the respective indoor units, an address change instruction, the address of the indoor unit to be changed and a new address are transmitted from the remote operating means, and the address of the indoor unit to which address change is instructed by the remote operating means is changed to the new address. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
