PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming confirmation system which detects a call arriving at a mobile terminal at high precision and prevents erroneous notices. SOLUTION: The incoming confirmation system 300 comprises a mobile telephone terminal 100 and an incoming recognition device 200. The mobile telephone terminal 100 comprises: a radio wave transmitting/receiving part 10 for transmitting or receiving radio waves; a control part 20 for performing the centralized control of the mobile telephone terminal 100; a storage 30 for storing transmitted free band frequencies; and a signal transmitting/receiving part 40 for notifying the incoming recognition device 200 of the arrival of a call. The incoming recognition device 200 comprises a signal transmitting/receiving part 50 for transmitting or receiving an incoming notice, a control part 60 for performing centralized control, and a vibrator 70 for reporting an incoming notice to a user. The control part 60 decides whether or not a frequency of the received incoming notice and a peculiar frequency held by the incoming recognition device 200 match, and when they match, it reports the arrival of a call to a user who has the incoming recognition device 200 using the vibrator 70.
