PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for inspection of shrink packaging, capable of inspecting the shrink state of a package. SOLUTION: The device 1 for inspection of shrink packaging is equipped with an optical system 76 composed of first-fourth illuminators 71-74 for illuminating the package 3 and a camera 75. The first illuminator 71 is arranged almost in parallel to the first fold 31 of the top surface 21 of the package 3, while the second illuminator 72 is arranged almost in parallel to the second fold 32. The third illuminator 73 is arranged almost in parallel to the third fold 33, and the fourth illuminator 74 almost in parallel to the fourth fold 34. The respective illuminators 71-74 are constituted of a plurality of ultraviolet ray emitting diodes provided side by side in a horizontal direction and the ultraviolet rays 81 from the respective illuminators 71-74 are radiated on the corresponding folds 31-34 from an orthogonal direction. The camera 75 is provided just above a belt 51 and arranged in the direction almost vertical to the top surface 21 of the package 3 to which the respective folds 31-34 are formed.
