PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biopolymer analyzing chip capable of more reducing excitation light and external light which become noises when detecting fluorescence. SOLUTION: Excitation light and external light which become noises can be reduced by using this biopolymer analyzing chip 1 equipped with a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 20 provided with each light receiving surface faced to the upward direction, and optical band-pass filters 24a, 24b provided on the photodetection surface side of each photoelectric conversion element 20.
