PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water leakage diagnostic device for a water distribution pipe line, capable of specifying detailed water leakage portions in a water distribution block, capable of planning systematic water leakage investigation, and capable of planning a pipe line renewal schedule of high cost efficiency. SOLUTION: This water leakage diagnostic device for the water distribution pipe line can estimate the water leakage portion in a mesh unit within the water distribution block, in addition to the analysis of the minimum night-time flow rate in a water distribution block unit of a water distribution pipe line network, in the water leakage diagnostic device for the water distribution pipe line applied to a water distribution management system that manages the water distribution pipe line network, supplying purified water divided into a plurality of water distribution blocks.
