PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chip for detection of a biological substance, capable of efficiently detecting a biological substance using a reduced amount of a reaction liquid. SOLUTION: The chip for detection of the biological substance is equipped with a first flow channel 103 having a first opening part 105 for use in introducing a specimen at one end and constituted so that a plurality of reaction regions 108 are formed in a row creating intervals in the flowing direction of the specimen and a second flow channel 104 which has a second opening part 106 for use in introducing a liquid not mixed with the specimen at one end and connected to the first flow channel 103 at the other end part.
