PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure/pressure transmitter equipped with a protection diaphragm having a suppressed variation in a preload. SOLUTION: The diaphragm-type differential pressure/pressure transmitter (100) has a plurality of pressure receiving members (1, 7 and 9) each having two or more liquid-contact diaphragms (9), a protection diaphragm (1) and a transmission route (13) for transmitting a pressure in a space to the outside of the space. In the transmitter, a pressure receiving body (19) has an outer circumference surface (25) for contacting with an outer circumference part (51) of the protection diaphragm (1), and the pressure receiving member (7) has a first surface (71) for contacting with the liquid-contact diaphragm (9) and a second surface (5) for contacting with the protection diaphragm (1), the second surface (5) has an inner circumference surface (5) for contacting with inner circumference parts (52, 53) of the protection diaphragm (1), and the inner circumference surface (5) is formed as a stepped projecting part made higher than the outer circumference part (51), so as to press the inner circumference parts (52, 53) of the protection diaphragm (1).
