PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive semiconductor integrated circuit having a small area. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit comprises a plurality of wiring layers laminated on a semiconductor substrate 1, a 2-GHz inductor 4 of a 2-GHz frequency band formed on one of the wiring layers, and a 5-GHz inductor 5 of a 5-GHz frequency band which is higher than the 2-GHz frequency band formed on the identical wiring layer on which the 2-GHz inductor 4 is formed.
