A sound processor is provided with a converting part converting a reference sound signal becoming a base of sound outputted by a sound output part and an observation sound signal based on sound signals outputted based on sound which is inputted to a plurality of sound reception parts into components on a frequency axis, an echo suppressing part estimating an echo due to sound based on the reference sound signal after conversion and suppressing the estimated echo from the observation sound signal after conversion for respective frequency components, a noise suppressing part estimating noise based on an arriving direction of sound, which is obtained from a time difference of sounds inputted to the plurality of sound reception parts, and suppressing estimated noise from the observation sound signal after conversion for the respective frequency components and a synthesis processing part suppressing the echo and noise from the observation sound signal after conversion for the respective frequency components based on the observation sound signal after echo suppression and the observation sound signal after noise suppression. Further, its sound processing method and sound processing program are provided.
