The blind slat passes produced energy to a heat exchanger and/or a heat customer by a hose system. Hoses for heat transfer liquid are temperature-resistant and flexible. Parallel or series connection of the slat in a set of slats is formed depending upon an area of application. The slats are connected among one another by flexible cables and discharges obtained energy. Absorber sheets and/or solar cells are integrated in a plastic temperature, weather and UV radiation-resistant housing. The slats are retracted and extended by a rope mechanism, when installed in a guide rail system.
