An anti-fog mask is provided, which filters the fine dust or the yellow sand in the air, can improve the health of a user and prevents the mask from getting wet. An anti-fog mask comprises: a face lid part(101) in which the band(105) is formed in the both sides; a windshield(103) formed in the front side of face lid part; an opening(104) formed between windshield and face lid part; and a band which is formed in the face lid part both sides and is fixed to both ears of the user. The band is equipped with an adjustment tool(106) which controls the length of the band. The face lid part prevents the glass window or the lens from being steamed up and protects the face of the user.
