FIELD: tobacco goods. ^ SUBSTANCE: method presupposes extraction of peach press residues with liquid carbon dioxide with separation of miscella, mixing tobacco material with liquid carbon dioxide, its extraction and fine crushing with periodical pressure drop in the extraction mixture below pressure of saturated carbon dioxide vapors at the extraction temperature, dividing miscella and oil cakes, merging received miscellas, suspending oil cake in acid salt aqueous solution of polyatomic edible acid, introduction of polyatomic spirit into the suspension, its formation, drying out to residual humidity of 13-15%, shredding, saturation with miscellas mixture with simultaneous pressure increase, pressure dropping to atmospheric pressure level with simultaneous freezing of absorbed carbon dioxide, its subliming getting target product in a residue. ^ EFFECT: workflow duration reduction and getting reconstituted tobacco with improved organoleptic properties. |
