PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device capable of providing information more properly by dynamically changing information providing precedence. SOLUTION: In this information providing device for a vehicle for providing a plurality of pieces of service information including safe driving support service corresponding to service precedence, information providing precedence of the safe driving support service is changed corresponding to a vehicle traveling state (S20), and service information is provided corresponding to the changed precedence (S30). By changing the information providing precedence of the safe driving support service corresponding to the vehicle traveling state in this way, unnecessary service information providing is suppressed, and necessary service information can be provided properly.
