PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a suction hole with only one position in the suction hole for selectively opening two storing parts formed on the surface film side and the back surface film side by a partitioning film as a boundary. SOLUTION: The rigidity of the surface film 1 is made at least 2.5 times of the rigidity of the back surface film 3, and the rigidity of the surface film 1 and the rigidity of the partitioning film 2 are made equal. When the edge parts of the opening part 6 sides of the surface film 1 and the back surface film 3 are pulled outside, a larger force is required to pull and bend the surface film 1 outside than that required to pull and bend the back surface film 3. As the result, a force to bend the partitioning film 2 convex to the surface film 1 side is acted to the partitioning film 2. In addition, as the rigidity of the partitioning film 2 is approximately equal to the rigidity of the surface film 1, the partitioning film 2 can be bent to follow the surface film 1 by the force to bend, and only the opening part 6b on the back surface film 3 side is opened.
