PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw feeder for excellently feeding straws even if they are individually packaged. SOLUTION: A straw feeder 1 storing a plurality of straws S and delivering the straws S one by one in feeding includes: a straw storage unit 2a for storing the plurality of straws S in the state that the straws S lie sideways and also in the state that they are stacked in a vertical direction; a straw passage 20b extending downward from the straw storage unit 2a and having a passage width allowing the passing of a single straw; and a straw delivery device 3 for externally delivering the straw S, as a feeding straw, at the lowest position in the straw passage 20b while feeding the straws S downward in the straw passage 20b in feeding. In delivering the straws S, the straw delivery device 3 delivers the straws S while flattening the straws S by a predetermined amount by sandwiching them between the straw passage 20b and a wall face 23b and demonstrating restoring force caused by the collapsing.
