PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for determination of drunken state, which adequately determines whether at least one of passenger in a vehicle is in a drunken state. SOLUTION: The device (10) for determination of drunken state is provided with: a plurality of index component concentration detecting means (20) which are arranged at a plurality of positions in a vehicle cabin and detect the concentrations of index components contained in the air in the vehicle cabin, the concentrations concerned indicating the drunken states of persons in the vehicle; a seat-taken state detecting means (30) which detects a state in which each of the persons in the vehicle cabin takes a seat; and a determination means (40) which determines whether at least the driver is in a drunken state on the basis of the concentrations of the index components detected by the index component concentration detecting means (20). In addition, the determination means alters determination threshold values to detection values detected by the respective index component concentration detecting means, on the basis of a difference between the concentrations of the index components detected by the plurality of index component concentration-detecting means when the seat-taken state detecting means detects that any person except the driver is in a drunken state.
