PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound used for a method for producing a double-stranded nucleic acid cross-linked with covalent bonds and having various base sequences by a nucleic acid synthesis method. SOLUTION: Provided is a nucleoside dimer amidite (for example, a compound 10) which can be used for a solid phase phosphoramidite method usually used for nucleic acid synthesis and has been cross-linked with covalent bonds without imparting a special condition to the base sequence of the nucleic acid.
