PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an insulated wire for a coil to prevent degradation of an insulation property when the insulated wire for a coil is wound, and thereafter a coil shape is stabilized by heating and melting an insulation layer to fuse and fix the parts of the winding to one another. SOLUTION: An insulation layer (2, 3) covering a conductor part (1) is divided into two inner and outer layers, and a PFA (perfluoroalkoxy fluororesin) layer is arranged on the inner side, and a PES (polyether sulfone resin) is arranged on the outer side. Since the difference between the melting point of PFA and that of PES is large, it is facilitated to set a heating temperature at which the PES layer (3) on the outer side is melted, but the PFA layer (1) on the inner side is not melted when stabilizing the coil shape, and an insulation property is prevented from being degraded even when carrying a current to the conductor part (1) to be heated from the inside.
