PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and uniformly release the locked state of left and right engagement lock members in a seat cushion, and to enhance operability in unlocking. SOLUTION: A string member 17 having flexibility is connected over both engagement lock members 11, and a handle part 18 is provided on an approximately central part in a longitudinal direction of the string member 17 in such a state that it intersects with the string member 17 and is provided with a reinforcement part in the state of intersecting with the string member 17.
