Disclosed is a dust collector (30) equipped with a dust collection electrode unit (31b) which is disposed in an air passage (15) to which droplets (21a) are supplied and electrically attracts dusts charged in the air, wherein the dust collection electrode unit (31b) is constituted of a plate-like mesh body having a plurality of holes, whereby the interfacial tension between the droplets (21a) adhering to the surface the collector and the dust collection electrode portion (31b) is lowered, thereby suppressing coarsening of the droplets on the surface of the dust collection electrode from and suppressing lowering in dust collection performance resulting from adhesion of dusts.
