An antenna circuit comprising a base material, a planar circuit consisting of circuit lines of a conductive material formed on the base material, and at least one notch-forming part connected with a circuit line of the planar circuit, characterized in that cutting lines are provided in the base material on the outer periphery of the notch-forming part, the cutting lines on the opposite sides of the circuit line connected with the notch-forming part are extended from the outside of the notch-forming part in the direction of the inside thereof, up to the base material and notch-forming part, and the cutting lines approach each other in the notch-forming part to form a notch. The antenna circuit can be destroyed even if an IC tag including the antenna circuit is stripped from any direction, and the destruction rate of the circuit can be increased stably.
