The device (1) has a mixing housing formed in a cross section through which multiple components of a viscous medium e.g. silicone, flow. Two component connections (3a, 3b) and an outlet opening are provided for the components that are mixed together. Two mixing chambers (16) communicating with each other and arranged behind one another are provided in the mixing housing in a flow direction of the components. A rotatable mixing vane (15) is arranged in the chambers. The mixing chambers has partition walls (11a-11c) extending in the mixing housing with a distance to each other. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a squeeze-out device for simultaneously squeezing out two film bags with components of viscous media to be mixed together (2) a mixing attachment for dynamic mixing of two film bags with components of viscous media to be mixed together for a high pressure pump and/or mixing and dosing arrangement (3) a joint connector for hoses and/or pipes for high-pressure applications (4) a system for mixing and squeezing out of viscous media or components of the viscous media.
