<p>The present invention relates to an easily installed modular element for constructing buildings or parts of buildings. The modular element comprises a brick made of moulded synthetic material and superposable on a similar brick, and at least one connection element to fasten together at least two superposed bricks. The modular element of the invention enables walls to be constructed extremely easily and quickly, even by non-specialized personnel. The walls constructed with modular elements of this type present superior anti- seismic properties, a low weight and low heat and sound transmission coefficients.</p> |
