A loop and a changeable handbag using the same are provided, which obtain a latch function locking the opening cover of the main body of bag or fixing the outer cover of handbag and a linkage function of hanging the hook for handle. A changeable handbag comprises: a main body(10); a replaceable cover(20); and a handle string(30). In the main body, a loop is installed. In the cover corresponding to the main body, a latch holder(50) having the latch hole is combined. The latch unit of the loop is inserted into the latch holder of cover and is hung in the corresponding latch hole. The loop part passes through the corresponding latch holder and is rotatively refracted and the posture is maintained.
