FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paper industry, particularly to wallpaper with layer of adhesive substance on opposite side. Described is wallpaper with layer of adhesive substance, which contains: A) cellulose ether, converted in form of slow action (retard-form); B) pH-regulator for alkaline area over 8; C) capable for swelling, water-insoluble in polymer with milting degree from 5 to 2.
