FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to operation of pipelines and may be used in their repair and corrosion protection. Method for restoration of pipeline consists in creation of multi-layer shell from textile width by means of its folding in spiral in direction, which is perpendicular to its long length, insertion in air impermeable film sleeve and introduction of shell into pipeline. Ends of sleeve and shell layers are turned out and fixed along perimetre at pipeline end, and are shifted with pressing to pipeline surface by excessive air pressure. Besides, additional shells are preliminarily arranged coaxially to shell, and they are folded in the same manner as the first one, before and after insertion of which into inlet end of pipeline toroid-shape devices are introduced. Moreover, between toroid-shape device and multi-layer shells, and also between layers of shells, space is left, which is filled with glue, length of which is determined using design formula. ^ EFFECT: reduced duration and improved quality of multi-layer textile shell impregnation with glue. ^ 3 dwg |
