FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for cleaning of grains, namely, to devices for separation of grain mixtures by length of components. Centrifugal grain cleaner comprises loading hopper with distributing cone, vertical driving shaft, sorting accessories and fraction receivers fixed on shaft. Sorting accessories are arranged in the form of serially and coaxially installed two or more truncated cones with adjustable gaps creating separating slots and providing for separation of required grain fractions, having lower smooth surface and guide surface that consists of profiling grooves, which have rectangular shape and are installed normally to generatrix of separating slot or curvilinear shape that repeats trajectory of particles motion. Width of grooves in normal section is 1.2-1.3 times more than width of main crop seeds. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of seeds cleaning, and also improved efficiency. ^ 2 dwg |
