<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device provided with an alignment formation portion which is usable not only as a color filter but also to confirm a deviation of other wiring etc., and capable of easily detecting the deviation quantity thereof only by viewing. <P>SOLUTION: The display device 1 includes a plurality of thin film materials stacked on a substrate 10 and includes the alignment mark formation portion 20 at a predetermined position on the substrate 10, the alignment mark formation portion 20 having a stack of graduations 21 provided matching a predetermined shape and a plurality of alignment marks 22 formed of the same material as the plurality of thin film materials in the predetermined shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
