<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor for a photoelectric conversion material exhibiting high photoelectric conversion efficiency and superior stability; a photoelectric conversion element; and a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A titanium oxide film is formed on a transparent conductive glass plate 1 coated with tin oxide doped with fluorine; a photosensitive layer 2 subjected to a sensitization process using a dye represented by a specific general formula is formed on the titanium oxide film; the photosensitive layer 2 is coated with a charge transfer layer 3 having a redox electrolyte therein and tin oxide doped with fluorine; and a transparent conductive glass plate with carrying platinum thereon is arranged on it as a counter electrode 4, to form the photoelectric conversion element 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
