PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering device for a vehicle capable of reducing vibration. SOLUTION: A speed reducing mechanism for transmitting power of an electric motor 18 to a turning mechanism includes a worm shaft 20 arranged coaxially with a rotary shaft 37 of the electric motor 18 and a worm wheel driven by the worm shaft 20. The worm shaft 20 includes first and second end parts 20a and 20b opposed in a shaft direction X1. The rotary shaft 37 includes third and second end parts 37a and 37b opposed in the shaft direction X1. Each of the first to the fourth end parts 20a, 20b, 37a and 37b is supported by corresponding housings 22, 23 and 26 via corresponding first to fourth bearings 45, 47, 75 and 76. When arrangement pitch between the first and second end parts 20a and 20b is made as a and arrangement pitch between the third and fourth end parts 37a and 37b is made as c with respect to the shaft direction X1, a/c is set as a prescribed value which is not a natural number to prevent the worm shaft 20 from resonating with the rotary shaft 37.
