PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission for a vehicle reducing gas accumulated in an oil chamber of a hydraulic actuator, in the transmission for the vehicle whose gear change is controlled by supplying a hydraulic fluid to the oil chamber. SOLUTION: A means for narrowing the volume of a space 60 for accumulating gas from the hydraulic fluid is provided in a hydraulic pressure detecting hole 54 communicating with the oil chamber 50. The volume of the space 60 is thereby narrowed to reduce the accumulated amount of gas. This results in less influence by the compression of gas to reduce a fall of hydraulic responsiveness and the occurrence of a shift shock in shifting. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
