POWER-ON TIMING LIMITING CIRCUIT OF POWER AMPLIFIER USING STATIC INDUCTION TRANSISTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-on timing limiting circuit for preventing an element from being broken by defects when turning on a power supply for driving sources/drains and that for driving gates in the transistor of the final stage of a power amplifier for audio especially using a static induction transistor for the final stage. SOLUTION: Timing is limited to start up a power supply for biasing a gate or a circuit for driving the gate earlier than or at least not later than that for starting up a power supply connected to the source/drain of the static induction transistor at the final output stage of a power amplifier.
