摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a piezoelectric device capable of finely adjusting a frequency without increasing insertion loss or degrading initial characteristics. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a SAW device 1 includes, after the process (step S1) of mounting a SAW resonator 10 to a package 20, an initial frequency measuring process (step S2) of driving the SAW resonator 10 and measuring an initial frequency, an adjustment wire connecting process (step S4) of varying the frequency of the SAW resonator 20 from the initial frequency by connecting an adjustment wire in parallel with the connection of the external connection electrode of the SAW resonator 10 and the connection terminal of the package 20 connected in the mounting process (step S1) of the SAW resonator 10, when the initial frequency is off the allowable range of a desired frequency standard value (NO in step S3), and a post-adjustment frequency measuring process (step S5) of measuring the frequency of the SAW resonator 20 after the adjustment wire connecting process (step S4).
