PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine wherein a commodity storage rack can be reduced and wherein the attitude of a commodity falling when replenishment of commodity is not disordered. SOLUTION: In this vending machine, by operating a stopper mechanism of a cassette case vertically detachably installed to the commodity storage rack to open a bottom part opening, the commodities are vertically stacked and stored inside the cassette case. The vending machine has a pulling-out device guiding the commodity storage rack in a state that the commodity storage rack can be pulled out forward. The commodity storage rack includes a pair of right and left posts 110 suspended and supported by the pulling-out device 300; rail members 120 each horizontally bridged between the pair of right and left posts 110; and a commodity carry-out mechanism 160 disposed below the posts 110. The hollow rectangular parallelepiped cassette case includes hook-like engagement pieces protruding from the front wall and the rear wall thereof, and each engaging with the rail member.
