PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for a vehicle high in the cooling efficiency of a fan driving motor. SOLUTION: A radiator is equipped with a pair of side tanks arranged facing each other in a vehicle width direction at a predetermined interval, a center tank 21 arranged between the pair of side tanks, and a plurality of tubes arranged in parallel with each other and connecting the side tanks and the center tank 21. By attaching the driving motor 39 rotating a blowing fan via a motor casing 67 on a rear face 37 in the center tank 21, the driving motor 39 is cooled by cooling water W having flown into the center tank 21.
