PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine power generating device comprising the cooling air path structure for effectively cooling a lower part of an engine. SOLUTION: This engine power generating device 1 includes an engine 30, a generator 40 to be driven by the engine 30, a package 10 in which the engine 30 and the generator 40 are provided and which includes fork insertion grooves 13 and 13 for a lift in the bottom surface thereof, and a cooling fan 60 for sucking cooling air into the package 10. The package 10 includes at least one cooling air suction hole 14 connecting the fork insertion grooves 13 and 13 for a lift with the inside of the package 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
