PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: a conventional carrying device such as an automobile, a railway, a monorail or a new traffic system is high in cost and requires high cost for maintenance management since it is provided with a driving device of an engine or a motor in a vehicle; a carrying device such as a belt conveyor or a moving sidewalk moving a pallet and a floor of a rubber belt to carry persons and cargos by placing them on the pallet is manufactured at high cost, the driving device is manufactured by high technical capabilities and high cost is required for the maintenance control. SOLUTION: This carrying device is constituted of a carrying vehicle, a traveling passage and a plurality of blowers. The traveling passage has side wall and ceiling to construct a duct-shaped construction. Wind is blown by the blowers to generate an air flow in one direction in the duct-shaped construction. The carrying vehicle has a wind receiving plate, and travels by receiving the air flow by the wind receiving plate. In the carrying device, the carrying vehicle is inexpensive, construction cost of the traveling passage is inexpensive and the maintenance management is easy. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
