摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oil leakage from the opening of a breather of a brake device without increasing the number of components and without forming a special space. SOLUTION: Rotors 24, 25 rotatable together with rotating shafts 15, 16 and slidable in the axial direction are installed in a storage chamber 18 and stators 26-28 on the outer peripheral surfaces of which a plurality of projections 35 are formed and which are engaged with grooves 36 formed in a housing 12 and movable in the axial direction and non-rotatable while being adjacent to the rotors 24, 25 are stored in a storage chamber. The stators 26-28 are moved to a braking position where they are pressed against the rotors by the action of a piston 29. The breather 33 is installed in the housing 12 at a position corresponding to the outer periphery of the piston 29. A rib 39 is formed on the stator 26 opposed to the piston 29 at a portion corresponding to the breather 33. The gapΔ1 between the portion of the stator 26 on which the rib 39 is formed and the inner surface of the storage chamber 18 is smaller than the gapΔ2 between the other portion and the inner surface of the storage chamber 18.
