PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vacuum steam heating apparatus capable of reducing waste of cooling water as much as possible. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 3 is connected to a jacket part 11 of a reaction kettle 1. A steam pressure regulating valve 7 and a vapor-liquid separator 4 are fitted to the steam supply pipe 3. A circulation line 16 of a suction means 2 is branched to connect a fluid supply pipe 6 and a surplus fluid discharge pipe 9. The steam supply pipe 3 is connected to the fluid supply pipe 6 via an ejector 17. The surplus fluid discharge pipe 9 is branched to connect to a suction chamber 19 of the ejector 17 by a pipeline 18. The superheated steam to be supplied to the jacket part 11 from the steam supply pipe 3 is cooled to the predetermined temperature by the cooled fluid to be supplied from the fluid supply pipe 6 and from the surplus fluid discharge pipe 9 and the pipeline 18.
