摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving thermal stability of a composition containing a soluble coenzyme bonded type glucose dehydrogenase (GDH). SOLUTION: The composition containing soluble coenzyme bonded type glucose dehydrogenase (GDH) can be improved in thermal stability by adding a dicarboxylic acid or a salt compound thereof and is expected to improve measurement accuracy of a glucose-measuring reagent. By holding the composition in acidic side pH, such high level thermal stability as the composition can be dried by heating is attained, and, thereby, storage stability and measurement accuracy of the glucose-measuring reagent can be improved.
