PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular chemiluminescent body without leaking a luminescent liquid when bending a luminescent bracelet or necklace. SOLUTION: In a tube having a multi-layer structure, at least an inner tube is made of a polyorefin resin, and both ends of the tube are sealed. A glass ampule is housed inside the inner tube. One of two kinds of luminescent liquids which present chemiluminescence when mixed together is put into the glass ampule, and the other liquid is put into a space being outside the glass ampule and inside the inner tube.
